Spare Parts Support
Warranty Spares are replaced by KVSIO. The defective part should be sent to KVSIO by ASP/End user at its cost and the replacement will be sent immediately by KVSIO.
Sales of Spare Parts
KVSIO suggests ASP/End users to maintain minimum stock of important critical spares at their service center. Such spares can be directly bought from KVSIO at a reasonable cost. Minimum lot can be suggested by KVSIO depending up on the number Kiosk/ATMs bought or installed in that area.
Repair of Spare Parts
KVSIO's engineering team are capable of repairing defective spare parts. The defective spare parts may be sent in lot to KVSIO's local service center which will be repaired and sent back. KVSIO also can send professional engineers to field for repairing. A reasonable amount will be charged by the ASP to the concerned.
Warranty Coverage
Lowest total cost of ownership is at the heart of KVSIO’s Warranty Plan options. Every kiosk and all related components sold are warranted for a minimum of one year. The two warranty options are Standard One Year, or Extended Three Year. Both plans include expert technical phone support for troubleshooting assistance and simple return to factory replacement / repair methodology.
KVSIO takes full ownership of prompt repair resolution, and eliminates “smoke and mirrors” coverage where customers are tasked with component manufacturer warranty resolution.
Standard One-year Warranty
The standard one-year warranty is included with purchase and includes one year replacement / repair coverage on all parts and enclosure elements.
Extended Three-year Warranty
The extended three-year warranty is available at the time of purchase and includes three year replacement / repair coverage on all parts and enclosure elements.
While KVSIO uses only the highest quality components, extended warranty is a reasonably priced option we encourage our customers to purchase. It provides an added level of field insurance, and ultimately lowers total cost of ownership over the life of a deployment
Technical Support
KVSIO provides Software Engineering Service, On-site Technical Support, Remote Technical Support, Consultancy Service, RFP and Tender Documents Preparation Support Document support and to our ASPs (Authorized Service Provider) or End Users.
Software Engineering Service
Software engineering service is evaluated and/or provided after an ASP/End user submits a service application to KVSIO if any software service or products required. KVSIO will audit, develop and perform the task. ASP’S are obligated to explain and deliver the information about software to the end-user. Meantime, ASP’S are obligated to co-operate and finish the network, upgrading, maintenance and test on site.
On-site Technical Support
KVSIO will provide on-site technical support to the ASP (Authorized Service Provider) and the customers, if any critical problems encountered with operation of Kiosk/ATMs or break-downs which could not be resolved by ASPs.
ASP or the Customer can inform the detail of such critical problems. KVSIO experts will probe such problems and send their Customer Service Engineers with required Spares and Tools to the site to resolve the issues. This support is normally chargeable.
Remote Technical Support
There is a 24 x 7 service support on Query answering & troubleshooting through telephone, email, Internet Chat, Video meeting and so on.
Consultancy Service
KVSIO provides a wide range of consultancy service in Self-Service Equipment and Payment Processing and Core Banking Implementation Systems.
RFP and Tender Documents Preparation Support
KVSIO will provide all necessary support to the Agent/Distributor/Dealer and ASP in preparing RFP and Tender documents for Kiosk/ATM Procurement and Service Contract by providing all the technical and commercial information required.
Document Support
KVSIO shall keep updating its Authorized Service Provider (ASP)/customers with the latest and the most comprehensive products & services information.
